Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food and beverage management or related field preferred
- Minimum two years experience in management-level food and beverage position or equivalent combination
- Certification in ServSafe
- Valid Indiana Liquor Permit
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Knowledge of spreadsheet and payroll processing software
- Advanced communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills

Job Duties
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in directing and coordinating concession operations
- Market food and beverage services to clients and facilitate control
- Oversee food and beverage operations during events to ensure client satisfaction
- Schedule event staff based on operational needs
- Support client food and beverage requirements during events
- Recommend menu and theme development for events
- Develop work plans including scheduling and ordering
- Support food and beverage operations to maintain quality control
- Inspect food service facilities for compliance with health laws and regulations
- Assist in creating sales projections and budgets
- Facilitate payroll processing for staff and payouts
- Maintain inventory control
- Work within food and labor cost guidelines
- Analyze facility operation data for budget and cost control
- Inspect and taste prepared foods to ensure quality standards
- Stay informed on alcohol handling rules and regulations
