Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in management level position in Food and Beverage or equivalent experience
- Servsafe certified
- Valid Indiana Liquor Permit
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of spreadsheet and payroll software
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to supervise food service operations
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in management level position in Food and Beverage or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in directing and coordinating concession operations at the Fishers Event Center
- Market food and beverage services to clients and facilitate food and beverage control
- Oversee food and beverage operations during events to ensure client satisfaction
- Schedule event staff based on event operations and needs
- Support client food and beverage and operational needs for the event
- Make recommendations for menu and theme development for events
- Develop work plans including scheduling and ordering, assign appropriate duties to subordinates
- Inspect food service facilities to ensure compliance with health laws and internal regulations
- Assist with creation of food and beverage sales projections and budgets for facility events
- Facilitate payroll processing for internal staff and NPO payouts
- Maintain inventory control
- Work within guidelines for food and labor costs
- Analyze facility operation data such as patron attendance and labor costs to maintain cost control
- Inspect and taste prepared foods to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations
- Ensure compliance with alcohol handling rules and regulations
