Job Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid CA noncommercial Class C License
- Available to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Satisfactory completion of background check including Live Scan
- Subject to California DMV Pull Notice System
- Able to work full-time
- Must have prior experience in restaurant management
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills required

- 2+ years experience in restaurant management
- 2+ years experience in hotel restaurant management preferred
- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads
- Skill in interacting with guests and team members professionally
- Demonstrated supervisory skills
- Proficiency in business and food service software
- Skill in writing business correspondence
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Math skills for transaction accuracy
- Budget preparation and cost control skills
- Knowledge of employee recruitment and training policies preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee dining room, bar, banquets and conference food and beverage operations
- Provide leadership and supervision to food service staff
- Manage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation rules
- Monitor inventory and control costs
- Develop schedules and delegate work efficiently
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
