Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or vocational training
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in F&B
- Valid Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 25-30 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to enforce company policies and standards
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Ability to motivate and train staff
- Ability to handle POS systems
- Detail-oriented and accurate work performance

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or vocational training certificate
- Minimum 1-3 years experience as F&B Supervisor or Assistant Manager in luxury hospitality or private club
- Current or must obtain Food Manager Certification within 30 days of hire
- Knowledge of various food service styles
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal skills
- Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls
- Ability to enforce standards, delegate tasks, and motivate staff
- Experience with POS systems
- College degree preferred
- Guest and resident relations training preferred
- Culinary training preferred
- Secondary language skills such as Spanish or Russian preferred
- Certification in CPR and alcohol awareness programs preferred
Job Duties
- Manage daily Food & Beverage operations at Mansions including continental breakfast, poolside restaurant, and juice bar
- Ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in guest service and staff performance
- Maintain full compliance with Florida Department of Health regulations
- Conduct regular inspections for hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Oversee staff training and enforce Forbes 5 Star service standards
- Monitor sales, schedule staffing, and manage inventory
- Coordinate with Culinary and Stewarding teams
- Prepare and review operational reports and budgets
- Handle guest concerns and communicate with management
- Participate in planning and executing promotions and events
