Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or its equivalent
- previous food and beverage management experience preferred
- ability to work a variety of shifts including day, swing, late-night, weekend and holiday shifts
- must pass all required pre-screening and background checks
- internal candidates must have been in their current position for at least six months with no active disciplinary action during that period
- must be able to obtain required work cards and non-gaming registration as required by local jurisdiction
- must demonstrate the ability to work safely
- ability to keep a friendly, calm, and helpful demeanor in high-stress situations
Job Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage management experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- effective communication and leadership skills
- ability to perform duties across multiple food and beverage outlets
- understanding of health and safety standards
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Support the Director of Food and Beverage in all aspects of food and beverage quality and cost control
- complete inventories regularly
- respond to inquiries regarding financial performance in the absence of the Director
- monitor and ensure consistent adherence to operating procedures
- communicate effectively with front and back of house staff
- oversee service flow on gaming floor, bars, restaurants, and special events
- provide leadership and direction to hourly food and beverage staff
