Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in full service, fine dining restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • General understanding of liquor, wine, and beer products
  • Basic certification in beverage programs is a plus
  • Proficiency in computer software including MS Office and Micros Symphony POS
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage projects and tasks
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and work flexibly in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a full service, fine dining restaurant with a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
  • General understanding of liquor, wine, and beer products
  • certifications in any of these areas are a plus
  • General knowledge of food products and cooking techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Micros Symphony POS system
  • Skillful in project planning and prioritizing tasks
  • Highly organized, efficient, pro-active, results-driven with flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills and team motivator
  • Business-like, socially engaged, passionate, expressive with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing daily operations of a single full-service food and beverage outlet
  • Coordinate and oversee special events to enhance guest experience
  • Manage staffing, including hiring and training of food and beverage team members
  • Develop and maintain scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of food, beverage, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold the resort’s standards
