Job Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of previous heavy volume bar or restaurant management experience
- previous beverage inventory control experience required
- ability to focus attention to details
- passion for creating an amazing experience for guests
- strong prioritization and organization skills
- able to complete tasks quickly and maintain an overall sense of urgency
- must be able to accommodate resort food and beverage schedule requirements to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Available to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- organized and detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible

Job Duties
- Embody the shared values of Hotel Drover
- ensure team members work together to provide optimum service and meet guest needs
- assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and motivating team members
- welcome and acknowledge all guests according to service standards and hospitality philosophy
- inspect grooming and attire of team members and address deficiencies
- complete opening and closing duties of bars including setting up supplies and cleaning
- inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness
- complete scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies
- develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond to team concerns
- follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- identify, recommend, develop, and implement methods to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, service, and safety
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
