Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years as food and beverage management preferred
- Knowledge of wine and beverage in an upscale environment preferred
- Prior hotel experience preferred
- Open availability including nights and weekends required
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to comply with federal, state, and local laws
- Strong communication and analytical skills required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel
- Schedule staff and manage shifts
- Forecast demand and prepare budgets
- Train and develop food and beverage team members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Coordinate special events at the hotel
- Manage food and beverage cost control
