Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of experience in food and beverage management preferred
  • knowledge of wine and beverage service in an upscale environment preferred
  • prior experience in hotel food and beverage operations preferred
  • strong communication and analytical skills
  • availability to work nights and weekends
  • legal work authorization in the United States
  • willingness to comply with all Hyatt operating procedures and standards

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years as food and beverage management preferred
  • wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • prior hotel experience preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • dynamic leadership and team player abilities

Job Duties

  • oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel
  • schedule staff and manage workforce planning
  • forecast inventory and sales to align with hotel demand
  • conduct employee training and development programs
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as Hyatt operating procedures
  • coordinate special events and ensure high-quality execution
  • manage food and beverage cost control
