Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in upscale dining preferably in a hotel or luxury setting
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage including wine, beer and spirits
- Strong business acumen to control expenses and generate revenue
- US work authorization required unless currently a manager at a Four Seasons location

Job Duties
- Assist the general manager with food and beverage operations focusing on Terra and Terra Bar
- Take a hands-on approach by working alongside the team to ensure Four Seasons standards are met
- Be visible during events to provide recognition and address guest concerns or special requests
- Monitor and assess products and services while staying ahead of event trends and ideas
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in recruitment, interviewing and training team members
- Support other Four Seasons outlets or resorts as needed
