Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in upscale dining preferably in a hotel or luxury setting
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage including wine, beer and spirits
  • Strong business acumen to control expenses and generate revenue
  • US work authorization required unless currently a manager at a Four Seasons location

  • Minimum 2 years upscale dining experience preferably in a hotel or luxury environment
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage including wine, beer and spirits
  • Strong business acumen to manage expenses and maximize profits
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with integrity and accountability
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Assist the general manager with food and beverage operations focusing on Terra and Terra Bar
  • Take a hands-on approach by working alongside the team to ensure Four Seasons standards are met
  • Be visible during events to provide recognition and address guest concerns or special requests
  • Monitor and assess products and services while staying ahead of event trends and ideas
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in recruitment, interviewing and training team members
  • Support other Four Seasons outlets or resorts as needed
