Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of upscale dining experience preferably in a hotel or luxury environment
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage including wine, beer and spirits
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong business acumen
  • Leadership skills with integrity and accountability
  • US work authorization or current managerial position at a Four Seasons location

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of upscale dining experience preferably in a hotel or luxury environment
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage including wine, beer and spirits
  • Strong business acumen to control expenses, meet budget, and generate innovative revenue ideas
  • Leadership abilities exhibiting integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to foster a culture of trust, openness, and employee development
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members effectively

Job Duties

  • Assist the general manager of the restaurant with food and beverage operations with a focus on Terra and Terra Bar operations
  • Take a hands-on approach working alongside the team ensuring all Four Seasons Standards are met
  • Be visible during events providing recognition and good public relations in guest concerns or special requests
  • Monitor and assess products and services and stay ahead of event trends and ideas
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in recruitment, interviewing and training team members
  • Support other food and beverage resort outlets as needed or participate in task-force assignments to help other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts
