Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of upscale dining experience preferably in a hotel or luxury environment
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage including wine, beer and spirits
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong business acumen
- Leadership skills with integrity and accountability
- US work authorization or current managerial position at a Four Seasons location
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of upscale dining experience preferably in a hotel or luxury environment
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage including wine, beer and spirits
- Strong business acumen to control expenses, meet budget, and generate innovative revenue ideas
- Leadership abilities exhibiting integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to foster a culture of trust, openness, and employee development
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
Job Duties
- Assist the general manager of the restaurant with food and beverage operations with a focus on Terra and Terra Bar operations
- Take a hands-on approach working alongside the team ensuring all Four Seasons Standards are met
- Be visible during events providing recognition and good public relations in guest concerns or special requests
- Monitor and assess products and services and stay ahead of event trends and ideas
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in recruitment, interviewing and training team members
- Support other food and beverage resort outlets as needed or participate in task-force assignments to help other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts
