Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in upscale dining or food and beverage management
- strong leadership and team development capabilities
- knowledge of food safety and alcohol compliance regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- US work authorization unless currently in managerial role at Four Seasons
- physical ability to stand and move throughout shifts
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years upscale dining experience preferably in hotel or luxury environment
- exceptional knowledge of food and beverage including wine, beer and spirits
- strong business acumen with ability to control expenses and meet budget
- leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop team members
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- US work authorization or current managerial position at Four Seasons
- commitment to uphold Four Seasons standards and values
Job Duties
- Assist the general manager of the restaurant with food and beverage operations with a focus on Terra and Terra Bar operations
- take a hands-on approach working side by side with the team to ensure meeting Four Seasons standards
- be visible during events providing recognition and managing guest concerns or special requests
- monitor and assess products and services to stay ahead of event trends and ideas
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- assist in recruitment, interviewing and training team members
- support other resort food and beverage outlets or participate in task-force assignments at other Four Seasons locations if needed
