Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Possess at least 2-3 years supervisory or management experience in food and beverage

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years food and beverage supervisory or management experience
- Passionate about motivating and inspiring others for memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and accountable
- Experienced with various food and beverage systems such as Simphony/EMC, RealTime, TOCK, Dimensions or similar
- Strong service-driven organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for scheduling, reporting, and operational planning
- Knowledge and experience in beverages preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations including outlet readiness, staffing, inventory, scheduling, and payroll
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership specifically in food and beverage outlets such as Sway Restaurant, 22 Storys Lobby Lounge, Market, and Digital Dining
- Partner with senior leadership to enhance service culture and drive employee engagement
- Collaborate with hotel leadership and cross-functional departments to implement service, operational, and colleague engagement initiatives
- Manage scheduling and operational planning using Microsoft Office tools
- Motivate and inspire team members to exceed guest service expectations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
