Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage leadership roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in managing staffing, inventory, scheduling, and payroll
- Commitment to Hyatt’s values and service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Experience in Food & Beverage management or hospitality leadership

- Ability to manage multiple outlet operations

Job Duties
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations including outlet readiness, staffing, inventory, scheduling, and payroll
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership in multiple Food & Beverage outlets such as Sway Restaurant, 22 Storys Lobby Lounge, Market, and Digital Dining
- Partner with senior leadership to strengthen service culture and drive engagement
- Collaborate with hotel leadership and cross-functional teams to implement service and operational initiatives
- Enhance colleague engagement and develop staff through coaching and leadership
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt’s standards for guest service and operational excellence
- Monitor and achieve business goals related to the Food & Beverage department
