Job Requirements

  • Prior supervisory or management experience in food and beverage
  • Effective communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years food and beverage supervisory or management experience
  • Experience with food and beverage systems such as Simphony EMC RealTime TOCK and Dimensions
  • Strong service driven organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for scheduling reporting and operational planning
  • Beverage knowledge and experience preferred
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Experience working in fast-paced food and beverage environments

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily Food and Beverage operations including outlet readiness staffing inventory scheduling and payroll
  • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership in Food and Beverage outlets such as Sway Restaurant 22 Storys Lobby Lounge Market and Digital Dining
  • Partner with senior leadership to enhance service culture drive engagement and achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership and cross-functional teams to implement service operational and colleague engagement initiatives
  • Manage food and beverage systems including Simphony EMC RealTime TOCK and Dimensions
  • Motivate and inspire team members to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Monitor and control inventory and costs to meet financial targets
