Job Requirements

- Prior supervisory or management experience in food and beverage
- Effective communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years food and beverage supervisory or management experience
- Experience with food and beverage systems such as Simphony EMC RealTime TOCK and Dimensions
- Strong service driven organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for scheduling reporting and operational planning
- Beverage knowledge and experience preferred
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Experience working in fast-paced food and beverage environments
Job Duties
- Oversee daily Food and Beverage operations including outlet readiness staffing inventory scheduling and payroll
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership in Food and Beverage outlets such as Sway Restaurant 22 Storys Lobby Lounge Market and Digital Dining
- Partner with senior leadership to enhance service culture drive engagement and achieve business goals
- Collaborate with hotel leadership and cross-functional teams to implement service operational and colleague engagement initiatives
- Manage food and beverage systems including Simphony EMC RealTime TOCK and Dimensions
- Motivate and inspire team members to deliver memorable guest experiences
- Monitor and control inventory and costs to meet financial targets
