Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive food and beverage management experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Proven leadership skills, training expertise, and effective communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to oversee multiple tasks and collaborate with various departments
  • Experience with new concept implementation preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned food and beverage outlets
  • Hire, train, and develop food and beverage colleagues
  • Manage payroll, reporting, inventory, and budget performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Partner with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain Hyatt brand standards and service quality
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes
