Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of progressive food and beverage management experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven leadership skills, training expertise, and effective communication abilities
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to oversee multiple tasks and collaborate with various departments
- Experience with new concept implementation preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned food and beverage outlets
- Hire, train, and develop food and beverage colleagues
- Manage payroll, reporting, inventory, and budget performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Partner with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Maintain Hyatt brand standards and service quality
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes
