Job Requirements
- must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- must have excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- must be flexible with scheduling including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- must have strong organizational skills
- must have reliable and honest work ethic
Job Qualifications
- proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of Birchstreet purchasing system a plus
- multilingual abilities preferred
- experience in food and beverage management or hospitality leadership
Job Duties
- assist the food and beverage manager in overseeing daily operations
- support and develop the Seasons & Room Service team
- ensure exceptional guest service and quality standards
- manage scheduling and staffing needs
- maintain inventory and purchasing processes
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- uphold Four Seasons' luxury hospitality standards
