Job Requirements
- Prior restaurant and bar supervisory experience
- Experience with both front and back of house operations
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Employee supervision, training/coaching/development and scheduling
- Administrative duties of ordering, inventory, track supply usage
- Oversite of efficiency of restaurant/bar operation, as well as maintain productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Oversee dining room and balance seating capacity
- Lead by example and provide assistance to restaurant team
