Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in full-service dining environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Basic understanding of liquor, wine, and beer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Micros Symphony POS
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a full-service fine dining restaurant
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
  • General knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to use Micros Symphony POS system
  • Excellent communicator and team motivator
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing daily operations of a full-service food and beverage outlet
  • Coordinate special events and promotions
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of food and beverage staff
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory control and maintain product quality
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimize operations
  • Utilize Micros Symphony POS system for order processing and reporting
