Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in full-service dining environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Basic understanding of liquor, wine, and beer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Micros Symphony POS
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience working in a full-service fine dining restaurant
- Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
- General knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to use Micros Symphony POS system
- Excellent communicator and team motivator
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Job Duties
- Assist in managing daily operations of a full-service food and beverage outlet
- Coordinate special events and promotions
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of food and beverage staff
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Oversee inventory control and maintain product quality
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimize operations
- Utilize Micros Symphony POS system for order processing and reporting
