- Minimum of 2+ years experience in food and beverage management
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage scheduling and forecasting
- Understanding of federal, state, and local food and beverage laws
- Analytical skills for cost control
- Flexibility in work schedule

Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel
- Schedule and forecast staff needs
- Train and develop food and beverage team members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and operational procedures
- Coordinate and manage special events at the hotel
- Control food and beverage costs through analytical oversight
- Foster a team-oriented, dynamic leadership environment
