Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years as food and beverage manager
  • knowledge of wine and beverages preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • refined written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • team player and dynamic leader
  • open and flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage management
  • knowledge of wine and beverage in an upscale environment preferred

Job Duties

  • oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel
  • schedule staff and forecast departmental needs
  • train food and beverage employees
  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
  • manage food and beverage cost control
  • focus on stewarding department operations
  • maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
