Job Requirements

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.A.
  • Must have at least two years of progressive food and beverage management experience in luxury hotel settings
  • Ability to work afternoon, evening shifts and weekends
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse team
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn POS and Microsoft Office software
  • Commitment to maintaining brand standards and grooming requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Two years progressive Food and Beverage Management experience in a luxury hotel setting is an asset
  • Computer knowledge including POS systems (Silverware) and Microsoft Office is an asset
  • Hands-on management style with ability to prioritize and lead by example
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work afternoon/evening shifts and weekends

Job Duties

  • Active floor management driving service vision to build guest loyalty and service results
  • Create revenue-driving ideas and opportunities to engage local and in-house guests
  • Ensure ambassadors are trained, accountable for brand standards, and maintain grooming and uniform standards
  • Manage and develop audit programs of brand standards and conduct coaching sessions
  • Maintain presence in F&B areas while handling administrative duties
  • Ensure scheduling meets service, ambassador, and business productivity needs
  • Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and storage procedures
  • Participate in ordering, inventory, and supply monitoring
  • Execute opening and closing checklists
  • Review daily reports and communicate special requirements
  • Conduct daily shift briefings for ambassadors
  • Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to accounting standards
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment
  • Oversee day-to-day F&B operations in collaboration with managers
  • Perform other assigned duties
