Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel
- schedule staff and manage forecasting
- train employees in food and beverage operations
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and hotel procedures
- manage stewarding department operations
- monitor and control food and beverage costs
- communicate effectively with team members and other departments
