Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform duties including standing walking and lifting
- strong customer service orientation
- basic computer literacy
- valid work authorization

- prior experience in a full-service fine dining restaurant
- solid understanding of food and beverage operations
- general knowledge of liquor wine and beer products
- proficiency in ms office suite
- proficiency in micros symphony pos system

Job Duties
- assist in managing single full-service food and beverage outlet daily operations
- coordinate special events within the outlet
- manage staffing including hiring and scheduling
- train and develop food and beverage staff
- ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- oversee inventory and ordering of supplies
- maintain excellent guest service and respond to customer feedback
