Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food and beverage management
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform duties including standing walking and lifting
  • strong customer service orientation
  • basic computer literacy
  • valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in a full-service fine dining restaurant
  • solid understanding of food and beverage operations
  • general knowledge of liquor wine and beer products
  • proficiency in ms office suite
  • proficiency in micros symphony pos system
  • skillful in project planning and task prioritization
  • highly organized and efficient
  • excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • positive attitude and integrity in leadership

Job Duties

  • assist in managing single full-service food and beverage outlet daily operations
  • coordinate special events within the outlet
  • manage staffing including hiring and scheduling
  • train and develop food and beverage staff
  • ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • oversee inventory and ordering of supplies
  • maintain excellent guest service and respond to customer feedback
