Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with point of sale systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and guests
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including standing and walking
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a full-service, fine dining restaurant
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
  • General knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer products
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Micros Symphony POS system
  • Skillful in project planning and task prioritization
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results driven
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing daily operations of a full-service food and beverage outlet
  • Coordinate special events including planning and execution
  • Manage staffing including hiring, scheduling, and training team members
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Utilize Micros Symphony POS for operational efficiency
