Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency with point of sale systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and guests
- Physical ability to perform job duties including standing and walking
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a full-service, fine dining restaurant
- Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
- General knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer products
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in Micros Symphony POS system
- Skillful in project planning and task prioritization
- Highly organized, proactive, and results driven
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- Assist in managing daily operations of a full-service food and beverage outlet
- Coordinate special events including planning and execution
- Manage staffing including hiring, scheduling, and training team members
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management and ordering
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Utilize Micros Symphony POS for operational efficiency
