Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- five years of experience in food and beverage management
- demonstrated leadership abilities
- strong organizational and financial management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work variable shifts including nights and weekends
- knowledge of health and safety compliance
- experience with guest service management
- capacity to lead and develop teams
- proficiency in sales and marketing techniques
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years' experience in food and beverage management
- proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple outlet teams
- strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in sales and marketing strategies
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- experience in guest relations and conflict resolution
- familiarity with Hyatt standards and culture
Job Duties
- Support senior leadership as an active participant and contributor to the Associate Leadership Committee (ALC)
- liaison between F&B Director and outlets and other departments
- help plan the short and long-term goals, objectives, budgeting and forecasting of outlet operations
- implement and maintain food & beverage sales/marketing programs
- develop and supervise team of high-performing outlet leaders managing scheduling, payroll, training, recruitment, learning & development
- manage and lead process improvements around payroll, finance, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget
- coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service
- resolve customer complaints timely and aligned with Hyatt values
- provide timely and helpful information and feedback across the team via meetings, huddles, check-ins, coaching
- implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction
- exercise quality control for food and beverage
- maintain Hyatt standards of service
- perform daily walk-throughs for compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards
- coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards
- perform other duties as assigned
