Job Requirements
- five years' extensive managerial and supervisory experience in restaurant, bar, banquet and kitchen management within a large hotel, resort or multi-unit environment
- proven ability to manage multiple outlets, high-volume operations, and large teams
- excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
- serv safe manager certification

Job Duties
- lead and develop department supervisors and associates through coaching and training
- oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
- maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all outlets
- collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to enhance menus and event offerings
- monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate satisfaction
- support recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling to maintain optimal staffing levels
- drive operational efficiencies by optimizing workflows, technology, and resources
