Job Requirements

  • five years' extensive managerial and supervisory experience in restaurant, bar, banquet and kitchen management within a large hotel, resort or multi-unit environment
  • proven ability to manage multiple outlets, high-volume operations, and large teams
  • excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
  • serv safe manager certification

Job Duties

  • lead and develop department supervisors and associates through coaching and training
  • oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all outlets
  • collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to enhance menus and event offerings
  • monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate satisfaction
  • support recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling to maintain optimal staffing levels
  • drive operational efficiencies by optimizing workflows, technology, and resources
