Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- knowledge of local food safety and alcohol service laws
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Maintain sanitation standards
- assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods
- supervise restaurants where applicable
- ensure guest and employee satisfaction
- ensure standards and legal obligations of restaurant
- handle employee questions and concerns
- monitor employee performance
- provide feedback on service behaviors
- assist in supervising daily shift operations
- supervise restaurant in absence of Operations or Floor Manager
- participate in department meetings to communicate goals
- ensure employees have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- communicate food quality and service issues to Chef and Managers
- ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures
- monitor alcohol beverage service compliance with local laws
- perform duties of restaurant employees as necessary
- open and close restaurant shifts
- provide exceptional customer service
- interact with guests for feedback on product quality and service
- encourage excellent customer service
- handle guest problems and complaints
