Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or related field
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Proficiency with financial software and credit union systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Must be able to work full time
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in financial services or banking industry
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of credit union products and services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial information and deliver consultative sales

Job Duties
- Lead and support Financial Center staff in achieving sales, service, and referral goals aligned with AmeriCU's Strategic Plan
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional member service
- Serve as a subject matter expert on credit union products, services, and procedures
- Resolve complex transactions and member concerns, and provide guidance to staff
- Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to manage expenses within budget
- Deliver consultative sales solutions, interpreting credit reports and identifying opportunities for loans, credit cards, and other financial products
- Build strong relationships with members and deepen engagement through community outreach and financial literacy initiatives
- Assist in recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing team members
- Ensure compliance with HR, operational, risk, and audit policies
- Support employee development through performance management and training opportunities
