Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of Food and Beverage experience
- Minimum two years previous supervisory experience
- Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to write business correspondence
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Must be flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree (A.A) in related field
- Minimum two years' supervisory experience in Food and Beverage
- Two years of relevant Food and Beverage experience or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Effective communication skills with management and customers
- ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- Support, administer, and manage operational goals
- Coordinate scheduling and address any scheduling concerns
- Assist in the budget process and ensure compliance with departmental budgets
- Promote and uphold superior customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws and food safety regulations
- Assist in maintaining cost control methods including inventory monitoring
- Support F&B Assistant Manager with administrative duties
- Maintain regulatory compliance and report issues to management
- Preserve confidentiality in all company matters
