Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years Food and Beverage experience
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience
  • Ability to interact with guests staff and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays nights weekends and overtime
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
  • Must complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must adhere to gaming laws and regulatory compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years of Food and Beverage experience
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations including rate, ratio, and percent
  • Effective communication skills to present information and respond to questions
  • Successful completion of ServSafe Alcohol training certification course

Job Duties

  • Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
  • Support and administer operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives
  • Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager on scheduling concerns focusing on guest satisfaction
  • Assist in budget process and ensure departmental budget compliance
  • Promote and demonstrate superior customer service and ensure team adherence
  • Enforce gaming laws and regulations relevant to Food & Beverage department
  • Maintain procedures for food service and inspect menu items for quality
  • Assist Assistant Manager in sanitary and pleasant service delivery
  • Monitor cost control and inventory management during shifts
  • Assist with administrative duties and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company matters
  • Develop and train staff
  • Manage rewards and recognition programs
  • Provide constructive performance feedback to team members
  • Participate in staffing recommendations including interviewing and hiring
  • Manage work procedures and workflow
  • Recommend employee coaching and disciplinary actions
