Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a three-meal period in a restaurant Five-Star hotel
- Relevant professional qualifications such as hospitality, business, or marketing
- Fluent English speaker, additional languages advantageous
- Work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Commitment to guest-focused service excellence

Job Duties
- Responsible for all activities of outlet, including staff scheduling, delegation of job tasks, monitoring and supervision of service, monitoring reservations and table assignment when applicable, ensuring managerial floor presence
- Train, mentor, motivate, supervise, and assist department manager to discipline all department employees
- Initiate and maintain friendly, discreet, and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests
- Take control of reservations and seating of the restaurant to meet service standards and maximize revenue
- Utilize the POS and HOTsos systems according to policies and procedures
- Adapt to changes and added tasks as instructed by immediate supervisor
- Ensure excellent communication and coordination within the food and beverage team
