Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Stadium Club and Last Word
- help to strategize future business of the Stadium Club and Last Word
- help management team to forecast business and schedule accurately
- help management team to market the Stadium Club and Last Word to exceed budget in revenue
- help management team to control labor each month and keep labor at budget or below
- help to create and maintain an energizing environment with superior associates that provide a very attentive experience
- provide beverage and cigar knowledge in the Stadium Club and Last Word
