Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to sit, walk, stand, and bend for 6 or more hours a day
- Position requires repetitive use of hands including grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Position may involve exposure to noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, temperature or humidity extremes
- Must be able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
- Must possess a California Food Handler Card
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass drug test, criminal background, and credit check
- Possess California Food Handler Card
- Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
- Knowledge and experience with financial and revenue systems specific to hospitality
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, POS, and revenue systems
Job Duties
- Have strong knowledge of menus, products used, and taste within first week of employment
- Assist in training all front of house employees
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure proper food quality, quantity, and presentation
- Oversee entire restaurant operation in absence of the F&B Manager
- Assist in maintaining efficient scheduling to ensure high standard of service with minimum man-hours
- Multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Promote positive interactions with guests through sincere greeting and communications
