Job Requirements

  • Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
  • Must be able to sit, walk, stand, and bend for 6 or more hours a day
  • Position requires repetitive use of hands including grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching
  • Position may involve exposure to noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, temperature or humidity extremes
  • Must be able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
  • Must possess a California Food Handler Card

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass drug test, criminal background, and credit check
  • Possess California Food Handler Card
  • Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
  • Knowledge and experience with financial and revenue systems specific to hospitality
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, POS, and revenue systems

Job Duties

  • Have strong knowledge of menus, products used, and taste within first week of employment
  • Assist in training all front of house employees
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure proper food quality, quantity, and presentation
  • Oversee entire restaurant operation in absence of the F&B Manager
  • Assist in maintaining efficient scheduling to ensure high standard of service with minimum man-hours
  • Multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Promote positive interactions with guests through sincere greeting and communications
