Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong background in banquet operations and/or restaurant management
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Minimum of 1 year of hotel experience
- Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage experience
- Availability to work day, evening, and morning shifts
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday and weekends as needed
- Ability to work in person at the designated work location

- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Extensive experience in food and beverage management preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Deep understanding of banquet operations and restaurant management
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to business plans with focus on revenue growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of motivating teams and driving results
Job Duties
- Assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing daily operations of the Banquets team and outlet
- Collaborating with department heads to develop and implement strategic plans for menu development, pricing strategies, and promotions
- Providing leadership and guidance to the Banquets team to foster excellence and teamwork
- Managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing efficiency in food and beverage operations
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and all applicable regulations
- Motivating teams and driving results in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Building strong relationships with team members, peers, and external partners
