Job Duties
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
- Support the restaurant manager in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled and motivated team
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels, monitoring food quality, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
- Help coordinate and oversee special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain guests
- Handle administrative tasks such as cash handling, POS system operations, and maintaining accurate records
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and improvements for operational efficiency
