Job Requirements

Minimum two years of leadership experience in stewarding or culinary operations
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Proactive and detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills
Experience in unionized department preferred
Ability to supervise and develop a team

Job Duties

Assist in managing all stewarding operations including inventory control and sanitation compliance
Oversee maintenance and functionality of food service equipment
Coordinate distribution of china, glassware, linen, and silver
Monitor and develop team member performance including scheduling and evaluations
Implement policies and procedures related to stewarding operations
Participate in budget management, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
Ensure compliance with health and safety inspections
