Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of leadership experience in stewarding or culinary operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in unionized department preferred
  • Ability to supervise and develop a team

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing all stewarding operations including inventory control and sanitation compliance
  • Oversee maintenance and functionality of food service equipment
  • Coordinate distribution of china, glassware, linen, and silver
  • Monitor and develop team member performance including scheduling and evaluations
  • Implement policies and procedures related to stewarding operations
  • Participate in budget management, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety inspections
