Job Duties
- Perform open/mid-day/closing duties
- conduct daily briefings for kitchen manager and team members
- manage repair and maintenance issues and supervise equipment cleaning
- ensure consistent production of high-quality foods
- ensure compliance with audit standards
- update daily communication board
- facilitate in-restaurant training programs
- exercise discretion in zone management
- ensure 100% compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
- ensure compliance with company code of integrity and ethics
- ensure safety and sanitation in the restaurant
- monitor food and beverage quality and direct team for compliance
- assign cleanliness and safety procedures
- coach and direct kitchen managers
- conduct RAFTT (Recipe-Appearance-Flavor-Temperature-Texture) checks
- coach, mentor, and discipline team members
- provide feedback for career development and compliance
- monitor and facilitate team recognition
- recommend development, promotion, and disciplinary actions
- make hiring and termination recommendations
- cooperate with team member relations and management
- promote in-restaurant training and career progression
- train and develop team to provide gold standard service
- manage guest relations and recovery
