Job Duties
- assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry functions
- maintain exceptional service levels to ensure guest and team member satisfaction
- uphold high standards of quality in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, storage, and work areas
- lead the housekeeping team to achieve quality, cleanliness, and company standards
- ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- support team members with training and guidance
- maintain integrity, service, and hospitality in all interactions
