Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping or hospitality
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
  • proficiency with hotel management software

Job Duties

  • manage and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
  • conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of the hotel
  • collaborate with other departments such as front desk and maintenance to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues promptly
  • analyze and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
