Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years progressive hotel rooms management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Commitment to uphold Hyatt’s safety and security policies
Job Qualifications
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- 2-3 years of progressive hotel rooms management experience
- Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
- Hospitality or hotel degree is an asset
- Motivational leader with entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing housekeeping operations including guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies
- Manage inventory and usage of housekeeping and laundry supplies
- Conduct staff training, development, and scheduling
- Deliver exemplary turndown service and accommodate special requests for VIPs and dignitaries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Promote a positive work environment focused on customer and associate satisfaction
