Job Requirements
- Previous housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience of 1+ years
- Hotel or resort housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Clear communication and team leadership skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Ability to walk, bend, lift, and inspect rooms throughout shift

Job Duties
- Support supervision of housekeeping staff and daily workflow
- Assist with training room attendants, house persons, and laundry staff
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality
- Help manage schedules, supply inventory, and assignments
- Respond to guest requests and resolve housekeeping related concerns
- Coordinate with the front desk to ensure accurate room status updates
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and housekeeping operations
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and brand compliance standards
