Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cleaning guest rooms and laundry operations
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and their proper use
  • Experience operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums and commercial laundry machines
  • Ability to lead and motivate a housekeeping team
  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry operations
  • Maintain exceptional +1 service levels through guest and team member satisfaction
  • Ensure high levels of quality in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, department storage and work areas
  • Use and store cleaning chemicals properly
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers and dryers
  • Lead the Housekeeping team to achieve cleanliness and company standards
  • Maintain integrity, service, and hospitality with guests and team members
