Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and laundry operations
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and commercial washers and dryers
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry functions
- Maintain high levels of guest and team member satisfaction
- Ensure quality standards in guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and storage areas
- Uphold integrity, service, and hospitality standards
- Lead housekeeping team to achieve cleanliness and Drury's quality expectations
