Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in housekeeping or laundry services
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work flexible schedules
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service
Job Qualifications
- thorough knowledge of guest room cleaning methods and laundry services
- knowledge of proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
- general knowledge of equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers and dryers
- ability to lead a team to achieve quality and cleanliness standards
- strong customer service and hospitality skills
Job Duties
- assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry functions
- maintain exceptional plus 1 Service levels through guest and team member satisfaction
- ensure high levels of quality in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting space, and storage areas
- uphold the company standards for cleanliness and hospitality
- operate and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals properly
- lead the housekeeping team to meet and exceed quality expectations
- maintain integrity, service, and hospitality with team members, customers, and coworkers
