Job Duties
- assist the Executive Housekeeper with various functions in housekeeping and laundry areas
- maintain exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction
- ensure high levels of quality in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting space, storage, and work areas
- uphold a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality
- lead the Housekeeping team to achieve cleanliness and Drury quality standards
- operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers
- properly use and store cleaning chemicals
