Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and operate equipment
- strong communication and leadership skills
- commitment to guest satisfaction and team collaboration
Job Qualifications
- thorough knowledge of cleaning guest rooms and laundry operation
- knowledge of proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
- familiarity with vacuums, commercial washers and dryers
- ability to lead a housekeeping team
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in hospitality housekeeping environment preferred
Job Duties
- assist the executive housekeeper in housekeeping and laundry functions
- maintain high service levels through guest and team member satisfaction
- ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, storage and work areas
- uphold standards of integrity, service, and hospitality
- lead housekeeping team to meet and exceed quality standards
