Job Requirements

  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
  • familiarity with cleaning equipment operation
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • commitment to maintaining hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry functions
  • maintain exceptional service levels for guest and team member satisfaction
  • ensure high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, storage and work areas
  • uphold integrity, service, and hospitality with guests and coworkers
  • operate vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers properly
  • use and store cleaning chemicals safely
  • lead the housekeeping team to achieve quality and cleanliness standards
