Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Service-oriented attitude with professional presentation
- Ability to interact with diverse populations
- Commitment to upholding safety and security procedures
- Availability to work varying shifts including nights if needed
Job Qualifications

- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
- Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
- Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service, and ability to improve the bottom line
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing housekeeping operations including public areas and night cleaning
- Manage housekeeping and laundry supplies ensuring proper inventory and usage
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures
- Deliver specialized services such as turndown and VIP guest accommodations
- Conduct staff training, development programs, and scheduling
- Promote a positive work environment that fosters customer and associate satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with guests, other departments, and team members to uphold service standards
