Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Service-oriented attitude with professional presentation
  • Ability to interact with diverse populations
  • Commitment to upholding safety and security procedures
  • Availability to work varying shifts including nights if needed

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
  • Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service, and ability to improve the bottom line
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing housekeeping operations including public areas and night cleaning
  • Manage housekeeping and laundry supplies ensuring proper inventory and usage
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures
  • Deliver specialized services such as turndown and VIP guest accommodations
  • Conduct staff training, development programs, and scheduling
  • Promote a positive work environment that fosters customer and associate satisfaction
  • Collaborate effectively with guests, other departments, and team members to uphold service standards
