Job Duties
- assist in short and long term planning and management of housekeeping operations
- understand and manage housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars
- train employees on guest greeting and courteous guest request handling
- maintain consistent inspection program
- ensure adherence to safety and security policies and procedures
- collaborate closely with other departments
- inspect rooms daily
- purchase linens and housekeeping supplies
- stay updated on latest housekeeping and laundry technologies
- coordinate with vendors for pricing, delivery, and maintenance
- supervise and mentor multilingual and multicultural staff
- ensure compliance with OSHA and ADA standards
- manage turndown service and special VIP guest needs
- maintain proper staffing levels to meet customer service goals
- coach and counsel employees to uphold Hyatt service standards
